My sister saw a sweet bag online that held a box of baby wipes and three or four diapers, so instead of spending ten dollars for each she asked me if I would make them. I've only made one for the soon-to-be-born baby daughter, and later I'm going to add the pics for her son, who is one and a half.

This one is for the baby she is going to have. I don't have any diapers or wipes so I stuffed it full of books to show what it looks like. Its about 3 x 5 x 9 in. I haven't added a button or button whole yet, I want to make sure where it will hit after I do stuff it full of diapers and wipes.

The Second One, for her 1.5 year old son

I made a matching Zip Lock pouch to match for baby products, like rash cream and medicine. It's a really great idea! If the bottle inside breaks you don't get stuff over everything! I'll probably make it a little differently next time.
i was inspired by this post

What a cute bag!  I always hated carrying the commercially made diaper bags when my kids were small.  The zip-loc bag is genious too!

what a clever idea for a zip-loc bag! I just had a leak in my bag the other day and could have used this...must make one tonight!

i like how you made ziploc bags fashionable =)

a personality so unique deserves a handbag to match.  find which one matches yours at www.wix.com/vergaminic/crave

Those look great!  I have seen those "Diapers & Wipees" cases selling for more than $15... I always think "what a waste", for a basic lined pouch...
(I haven't made one only bc we use cloth for both, so they are a bit bulkier...)
