Hey everyone, I know this isn't anything too exciting, but just wanted to share it because it was so darn tasty.  I made tacos for dinner a couple of weeks ago using the Morning Star Farms "beef crumbles".  I bought a taco dinner kit with the shells and seasoning and sauce to make it easy.  The next day, there was still plenty of filling left as well as fresh veggies and a couple of shells.  So I crushed up the shells, spread them out on a plate, topped with filling, organic cheese, veggies, a fresh avocado, black pepper, taco sauce and organic sour cream.  This is just kind of a fun way to use up taco leftovers.  It was very tasty!  Here's some pics of how it turned out.

mmm it does!

What else is good, taco seasoned meat(or not, since this is the vegan board lol), avocado, lettuce, onions(if you prefer), cheese, and Italian dressing! Put some in some warm flour tortillas (or corn chips), so yum! Cheesy

thanks for the kind words guys:)  Alice, what you mentioned sounds really good too!  I use a meat substitute made from soy products but its texture is very close to that of ground beef.  I'll have to try your recipe out...
