Knitting as chunky page is a great idea Heini!

Crafty_dame has got the stalking down too apparent. Wink Your chunky page arrived yesterday! Thank you very much!! It's very me with the winged time.  Grin I will post a picture as soon as I am able.

Thank you.

Carrieme: I knitted with regular needles and then replaced them with wooden sticks.

Look what Crafty_Dame made me!  Grin (Sorry the 2nd pic is blurry). She noticed that I had complimented clocks and gears (and intuited my obsession with time).  Wink 'Time flies' is bold graphic red and white and gold with a winged clock. The fibres (or as the boyfriend says, 'dreds') have gears and clock parts affixed to them. The back has more winged clocks, text about time, the slogan 'make time for art' and a tiny little clock face!

It's quite marvelous. Thank you very much!

Nice time page!  I love time/clocks/watches  as art elements.  They can be used to  represent so many things.

I feel bad- I'm pretty behind in my comments/posting for this swap.  That said, everyone's pages are fabulous and I'm in awe of the different takes on the term "chunky" as well as everyones art.  I have two pages to post.  The first is a beautiful collage with many cool parts from Colorfuldayz.  I love the hand drawn doodly-ness and the bright colors.

(Sorry it's not a very good picture).

This one is from Banga.  It's a very lovely Virginia with so many cool elements I can even figure out how she made them all.  I especially love the gauzy "veil" and the Shakespeare quote (from Much Ado about Nothing).  On the front it reads "Sigh no more, ladies, sigh nor more; Men were deceivers ever", and the back reads "Then sigh not so, But let them go, And be you blithe and bonny; Converting all your sounds of woe into Hey nonny, nonny".

I love that quote! ... Hey Nonny Nonny....

Now that's gonna be stuck in my head ALL DAY.   It's gonna be a long one!

I love how ethereal all of the Virginia Wolfe pages are.  I like the fresh produce too  Cheesy     ...hey nonny nonny...

pretty pages cdayz and Banga. They seem to go well together!
PH- love the multi-lingual stab-binding book.

I got a gorgeous page from altered_mommy, who spoiled with extra ephemera!  Grin But, I forgot the camera. Sad
Will post soon.
