I received from alteredmommy today, and I have to admit after seeing the gallery recently I was eagerly awaiting it's arrival.  I seemed like it took FOREVER for it to arrive, but it really didn't  Wink  I was as patient as my 7 year old LOL

So this is what arrived!

The page says, " create a home"  which is too perfect for me.  It even has a key! I am a total "nester" and my home is my sanctuary and fave place to be.  Grin  We have made so many improvements to this home and love it.  I was talking to a friend today and realized I have lived in my home for 5 1/2 years which is the longest I have ever lived in the same place!!  Yay home!

She also sent some other goodies: an ATC with a beautiful pear, a Bingo card and rainbow woven ribbon.  What a nice treat!   Wink

Thank you soooooo much alteredmommy!

So many gorgeous pages, and I'm about to add to it with the wonderful pages I've received from Aroze & LGD, both of which arrived this week, despite LGD's one leaving Australia 2 weeks after Aroze's one left the USA!

My page from LGD:

She wanted to showcase Aboriginal dreamtime art, hence the art dream words, and the background is slightly glittered, which is lovely but doesn't show up well in the photos.  I love the paint palette - it's a miniature 3D palette, lovely Cheesy  The back has a lovely Kangaroo on.

Here's a couple more pics of the driftwood page I sent LGD - thanks for all the compliments.

The images of Wales are lovely, they're here (sets entitled Wales 2008) if anyone fancies a look.

And here is my wonderful page from Aroze - the letters are 3d, and they really leap off the page.  It has got this fab metal spiral, and the 'art' letters are a gorgeous bright gold.

The back is lovely, gorgeous paper, and I love the way it's edged with the stamp ink - I'd never thought to do that, and it's such a good way of edging pages.

Here's a couple of little images of the swively bit on my page to Aroze - I was having fun with my new crop-o-dile Cheesy

Thanks to Aroze & LGD for lovely pages.  I'm working on my one for carrieme.

Cool pages, love all the unique touches.

Aroze, was it painful to not put those letters in a perfect symmetrical line?  Just teasing. Tongue

Well, you know I can't stamp in a straight line, but I'm just glad that there aren't any smudges from getting ink on the edge of the stamps!  Cheesy

I'm glad you like the page, PurpleHeather!

For every page I send, I make one for me to keep, and one for my friend to have.  She had not been a member of Craftster  long enough to join this swap and was sad  Sad.  That is why I usually am not ready to send until the deadline! LOL
