Polkadotted: I just realized my last comment looked like I was trying to give you advice on your lovely bowl, it was aimed toward the posters asking about felting, sorry.  Smiley

"Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time."

dotsamantha: no problem at all.  advice is always welcome, regardless of the intended target Smiley I'm new to all of this too, so I take everything into consideration.

Brettskyone: the yarn i used was Lion Brand Bolero Yarn in Lime Blue.  It's variegated.

--Also crochet/knit slightly larger gauge so the fiber meshes better.

Good call, definite shrinkage ahead. Cheesy

Again, I love the colors, super awesome. I don't think I knew Lionbrand made a pure wool. Is it just Lion wool as opposed to wool ease?

Edit:
the yarn i used was Lion Brand Bolero Yarn in Lime Blue.  It's variegated.

Ah, Bolero. I will search for this yarn and knit with it. Thanks Cheesy
