I was reading a great blog, and saw this cool pattern for a scarf.... it was kind of done in a sideways stockinette (herringbone?) stitch with various pink chunky wool I believe.. the blog itself was pink, too if this helps. Thanx  Wink

It could have been the Sweet Georgia Blog. Actually, no I don't think she was working on a scarf.  I think she was knitting a sweater that was pink with a cable running throught the middle of it.  Either way, her blog is one of the prettiest out there and can be found at:

Sheep in the city (http://www.sheepinthecity.prettyposies.com/archives/000079.html#000079) blog is pink and has the pattern your describing, the yarn used was manos del uraguay. I'm currently doing that scarf in the herringbone pattern using fleece artist slubby is various colourways of pinks/red/brown, the photo isn't appearing here but you can view it at my blog http://knotinmythread.blogspot.com/
