I knit one of these bad boys 2 years ago when I started knitting, and it turned out really crappy and really small...and the thumb had a giant hole in it where it attached.  For those who haven't seen these before, you can find them here:  http://www.knitty.com/issuewinter06/PATTcorazon.html

FINALLY in January I got around to knitting a pair.  I bought the yarn a while back for this and never got around to making them because I was knitting things for everybody else.  Smiley 

So not only are they a little bit too long for me--even after blocking them to be wide--the first one I made is bigger than the second one I made.... that always happens to me with mittens for some reason.  I must knit the second one tighter.  I don't really know.  :/

I've decided to make a matching scarf with the leftover yarn. I'm debating on whether to follow the Corazon chart or to just do stripes.
