Do you have a local Pennysaver, or those other freebie papers that get thrown on your lawn?  I think I get about 3 or 4 different ones a week.  A lot of times churches or schools sponsoring craft fairs put ads in to recruit vendors.  Also check your paper's classified, Newsday frequently has similar ads, but also check the events section.

i actually found some church fairs when i've passed by them and they have a sign outside about their fair or by word of mouth. i don't think they've organized a website for all that information but it would be helpful! mostly it's the catholic schools that will have them to raise money for the school.
