Based on the "Jessica's Jellyfish" pattern, and a photo taken by the friend.

Used a Wendy/Peter Pan yarn (for the life of me I can't figure out what the color name is.  Also used a Plymouth yarn from the 24K Italian collection.  It's very shiny.

I add a little edging at the bottom, with some beads hanging from the edging.

Here's also a view from the top.

So does it seems like a cool birthday present?   Cheesy

The body, plus edging, is about 4"x9", the tentacles are 18" long in total.

It took about a month in total, working on it bit by bit.  Pulled it out a few times figuring out the two color pattern.

Also, it's the first time I've used head pins to make the drop beads.

Found a youtube video on how to do it.
