As redheadgeek has not been well enough to get on line, and after discussing it with JoyousBohemian, I decided to post photos of what I sent her.

I sent her some lacy fingerless gloves and scarflet, a decoupaged photo frame (or 'A Device for the Retention of Memories' Tongue) and a necklace.

The frame - this isn't the exact one I sent, which was nicer, but I forgot to photograph it before I sent it. Luckily I'd made more than one  Cheesy

The gloves

I hope she liked them but any comments would be gratefully recieved  Grin

Okay, since neither badluck nor I have heard from cajunclover in about a month, I'm sending out the call for a swap angel.  You'd be sending a package to badluck, who will be sending you the two small items in return! Please PM me if you're interested.  I wanted to give you guys first crack at it before I opened it up to the rest of Craftster. Thanks!

(p.s. this was her first swap, so I'd really like for it to be a good experience! Who's with me?)

EDIT: we've had a couple offers from you wonderful people! I'm going to try to match her up with the best suiting, and get back to you all.  Thanks for your generosity!

Wow! I hadn't realised how long ago this swap started, my summer was so ridiculously busy at work it just flew by. On returning from my far too short holiday, I was greeted by the best thing ever! My steampunk swap parcel from Jane Doe  Grin

I'm in the middle of using my remaining holiday to blitz the house tidy so it took me a while to take the photos etc as I accidentally buried them in stuff while I was tidying  Embarrassed

But without further ado, my items:

Firstly, a beautiful ring in wirewrapped brass

A mini brass candlelabra (so cute)

An absolutely fantastic clock made out of an old set of scales (I can't wait to finish tidying so there is space for this in the kitchen  Grin )

and last but not least, a hand felted shrug/bolero in steamy colours that fits perfectly (and will look very nice over my corset or anything else really. Sadly my photo of it is a little fuzzy I just realised  Undecided ah well. You can see how well it fits, although it isn't as dark as the photo suggest.

Note also my rocking crafting/workmans trousers that I picked up while on holiday.  Wink

Anyway, I'm halfway there on finally sorting out the crafting room so must dash again. Thank you Jane Doe for such a wonderful swap!!!
