Lets post here any discussion about the ongoing offer what you have swap--questions about items posted, what we are thinking about offering or what we would like to see offered--to help cut down on interruptions in the chain in the main thread.

Thanks for organizing maremare Kiss

Will the Feb round occupy a separate swap slot to the current round, or can we make it like the 'Shop the Swaps' where one slot reads "postive for Dec/Jan, Feb in progress"?

Thanks for organizing maremare!

Good question purpleone.

Since we can list requests I'm interested in Japanese craft books.  I have some duplicates too that my sis accidently duplicated so personal swaps would also be cool.

I'm interested in:
craft books from the seventies
knitting magazines
all sorts of knitting books, provided I don't have them (I have a lot  Wink )
a few spinning books, provided I don't already have them
art deco books with lots of pictures

large lots of pony beads, supplies for latch-hooking (or kits)
roving - provided it can be traced back to a breed of sheep, or a known blend.
ribbons and buttons
(sewing) patterns for toddler clothing

It will have to occupy a new spot unfortunately, since we're changing organziers. But Calluna should have quick feedback as soon as all your swaps are received. So, if you have an extra space to take up you could use it, or just wait to be added until your swap is empty. You could go ahead and send your app in if you want and just let me know when your spot is open so I can add you asap.

I'm always looking for fun trims (lace, beaded trim) and sewing notions like piping, zig zag, etc. Also sewing patterns for accessories like purses, aprons, that kinda thing, not necesarily clothing.

A couple things I may offer: a mini lotion making kit, some vintage ribbon in plaids and stripes, have been hoarding it but can't think of what to use it for!

I want to join!  Can you let me know where to find the questionnaire?

What I have to offer:
An insane number of cross-stitch books
Crochet books
Some funky crafty-sewing books
Cross-stitch supplies
Camo yarn
Fabric
Random bits and pieces from papercrafts, jewelry, and sewing
I'll probably end up putting things together in kits

What I would love:
Patterns
Japanese craft books (and other fun sewing/crochet books)
Fabric and trims
Mixed balls of bright yarn for scrap crochet

That's all I can think of at the moment!

In my first post on this page I have a link to the main page of this month. You can probably still join up this month, you would follow the directions and send the questionaire to Calluna, and/or you can join for feb and send the questionaire to me (if you join both months then you will have 2 swap spots used up for a bit). I won't be starting up the new feb link until the first of the month.  I would love to get some of your cross stitch books and crochet books! Yum, crafty books!

Thank you maremare for saving the day and jumping in for February!

I was going to ramble here about some stuff, but I think it would be better to go do some crafting.  Smiley
