I am amazed with the pages you cut shapes from.  It adds so much to the originality.  Great work!

I love it, and want it! Coloring books are so underrated! I always used to get one and a box of crayons when I went on vacation, it's so relaxing to color!

Me too, but I prefer Prismacolor colored pencils. I guess I'm just a snob that way!!
The coloring book is fantastic. It reminds me of the stained glass ones you see, that are made of vellum, and after you color them, you can use them as a sun catcher. I wonder if you could take it to a publisher...

wow...thanks for all the feedback you guys! it's made me actually want to finish it and maybe do something with it later...i'd never thought about showing it to anyone before but like i said, i would love to see it colored in!  and thanks for the suggestions, they are all awesome (i love the round robin idea)

oh and i kind of made up the binding..the pages are coptic bound with waxed linen thread, but then glued to the cover like you would a regular hardback book.  the covers are just held together with strips of that suede stuff instead of bookboard though.  i wanted it to feel a just a little bit flimsy, more like an actual coloring book than one of those nice expensive journals or something, so it wouldn't feel so intimidating to use (i don't know if this is just me, but i'm terrified of those journals, i'm afraid i'll "ruin" them if i actually write anything).
