Oh they look like what we would call conkers but we don't have a candy version.  And yes we love peanut butter Wink
I WANT that house btw, now I just have to persuade him indoors that we NEED it at the bottom of our garden.  He keeps talking about building a cabin down there for all my craft stuff (charming I get kicked out of the house with it) but if it was a house like that I'd never come out of it Grin

I'm almost done, I just have to glue one thing, and package it all up.  I think I'll send on Saturday, if not earlier.   Grin  I can't wait.

i wanted to send yesterday but my mom was in too much of a hurry to wait for me to package it all up so it'll go with her on monday instead. that's ok though, i have been having a bit of trouble figuring out one more thing that i wanted to do and this gives me some more time to do it. fingers crossed i get it done right, it's a computer thing and i am a computer dummy! i don't even have any techy friends around that can help me out, boo hoo hoo! the simplest thing is the biggest challenge of all Tongue.

i can't wait for it to get there though, i made so much fun and funky stuff! yay gnomes!

Good luck, MonkeyThumb!  I'm not good with computer stuff, either.  I'm technologically challenged.   Grin  Luckily, my dad is a computer programmer, so it doesn't matter that I'm bad with electronic stuff.   Cheesy

I haven't come to the thread in a while so I wanted to update.
Things have been crazy here lately.  My FIL became very sick and was falling down, having lots of medical issues.  We had been quite busy travelling to them and helping take care of him.  Then after more tests they found out he has pancreatic cancer.  Now we're into surgery and recovery and all that.  We are 2 hours away so it takes a lot to drive there and back everyday.  My crafting has kinda been put on the back burner.

That being said, I'm through a large and a small and do believe I can get a medium and small completed in time to mail out no problem on the 31st.  I just wanted to update you and let you know why I haven't been on and updating much.  I'm very sorry about that.

Now off to post on the other swap I'm in and let them know what is up too.

Thanks,
Cat

I'm so sorry Cat - Send whenever you can - no pressure - I might be a day or two late myself - College is killing me this week! I have my time-intensive project 90% finished and have lots of little smalls and some mediums coming up this weekend.

Glancing through the window early this morning, I caught this rare sight:

My poor old gnome "Gnostradamas" and his faithful sidekick "Sprinkles" (ask the dog about the name) joined one of the squirrels for a snack.
