Here are two skirts that I've finished within the past year. 

The Burda one is from the Vanessa Pattern, and i must say had to be taken in considerably.  I like the fabric cos it looks like a sick chameleon.  It's a yellow ochre back ground with hot pink polka dots.  So wrong and yet so right!



This one is from a simplicity pattern (I went to look for the number but apparently put the pattern package somewhere "safe.")  Sigh.  Anyhow, its made out of some remainder cotton from the quilters bin and since I cut 8 inches off the bottom of the skirt, actually comes above my knee!!!
