last weekend I bought this great yarn and didn't know what to do with it

but then I decided to make a cosy for my phone so that it would stay safe and protected in my bag. It was a super simple and fast project, but turned out very pretty because of the yarn

here it's open

and closed

and I also made myself a simple wristband but it's so difficult to make pics of your own wrists =( it's the best one I could get  Sad It's very blurry but you get the idea! The wristband is done in Tunisian stitch and the ends are simple chains

Those are wonderful. Love the color. This is great yarn to mix in with VCR tape if you are making a project with that. AND I bet the bright color would look really fantastic next to the shinny black. Would be a great Halloween purse. Smiley

thank you all for your comments!! and the idea with VCR tape sounds fun! I only have to find some video tapes which nobody in this house would really miss  Roll Eyes

As for the yarn, it's called "Beautiful" (they didn't lie in this point, it's really beautiful  Cheesy) by Vanessa Filatti, produced by ALFASA TEKSTIL
I think, it's a Turkish brand, because most of the yarns here in Russia are Turkish  Huh
