I made a pink dress for my daughter.  The fabric is gorgeous.  It's a faux suede that I purchased at JoAnn's.  There is metallic leaves printed on top.  The fabric looks heavier than it is and I think I may do another lighter dress that can be worn into spring.  And it has to be dry cleaned.Sad  What was I thinking?  I used Simplicity 5483.

Here is the front.  I received a new Brother sewing machine for Christmas that made the button holes so easy.  I just push a button...

On the back there is a tie.

I made a few mistakes, but all in all it is a really easy and fast pattern.  Anyway, she likes it, so I'm good too.

Great job! She looks so pleased and I'm quite sure she sees no mistakes, just that her Mom loves her Wink!

Great job!  I wish my machine did button holes that easily...maybe it's time for a new one.
