I already tried checking the following links:
-http://www.craftster.org/craftsterguide.html#anchor9a

Yet, I was unable to find any concrete information.

The scenario: Someone (craftster #1) sells a design/item exclusively. Then someone (craftster #2) purposefully steals these designs and sells them (while posting and advertising them here on this site). Does craftser have any rules about this?

There is no concrete policy on this.  Leah, myself and the moderators take each situation into review and consideration individually because there are many factors involved.

For example...
How do you know they sell a design/item exclusively?
How do you know someone is purposely stealing the design?

Other factors...
How is Craftster involved?
Were complaints filed?
Is there official documentation or legal backing to any of the claims?

You get the idea... Smiley

If you are personally involved (you are one of the two parties) in a situation such as this, feel free to PM one of us.

Thank you very much for the quick and thoughtful response sweets4ever. I'll be sure to pass this information to the correct parties.
