Please ignore the death pale skin.  It's the winter camo for hiding naked in snowbanks.

So I got this tank top for $2 clearance at H & M last fall.  I loved the print but it was a little too snug around the middle once i washed it.  I added some strips of the skirt fabrc under the arms to make the whole thing wider to accommodate the girls.

however, addng the extra pieces made the straps too long, so i shortened them and added the little black scrunchy to cover the seam.

I had few yards of heavy jersey fabric left over from another project and simply cut it to make an A line skirt seamed it, and sewed it the cropped tank.  Then I added the pocket to hold important things like my i-pod.

The SO says the dress looks like it was made by violent hippy....

Thanks for looking.
