I've just started going to a crop (scrapbooking club).  There is a challenge each time, and this is the layout i made for the last one.  It's based on my favourite things.

We had to include:
red and green
a hidden photo
a song lyric in the title
ourselves as the main subject
and a technique we hadn't tried before.

I was really pleased with how this one came out (the colours are very washed out in this first pic though).

Here's the hidden photo and journalling

the title is my favourite part

hope you like it!

Oh my...from the little 'new projects' box picture I thought the pic of you w/ the mittens was Jigsaw from the Saw movies because of the mittens (the red parts mainly), and I was like...whoa, someone is scrapbooking Jigsaw with hearts!

Anyhow...after my craziness....hehe...I really like the 'hidden' part, really cool idea to do it with the thought bubble over your head!  Smiley

Thanks!  the new technique was fiddling with the saturation on my new photo software to make the red and green stand out on the mittens picture.
although if it looks like Saw - eek!!!

Hehhe fear not, it does not look like Saw for real! You know how he has the white skin with the high forehead and the red cheeks? On the tiny tiny picture that is on the newest project when I just GLANCED it looked like it for a second hah. I think this is a product of too many horror movies + too much coffee this morning (call those MY favourite wastes of time ha)!

Once I clicked it I was like ah...that is not Jigsawish at all and is really quite nifty!  Grin
