Hi everyone!  I crocheted a nativity set for my mom and dad as a Christmas present.  It took me about four days over my Christmas break working on it all day while they were at work.  They were so surprised when they opened the present!  I used my own pattern which I wrote bits and pieces of on post-it notes and can't find them for the life of me Sad  I had trouble getting Mary and Joseph the same size, but it eventually worked out after frogging quite a bit.  Anyway, here is the one picture I have of the set:

Jesus and Joseph look a little crooked in the picture, but I think it looks fine in person... sorry for the poor pic quality.

Comments and criticism are appreciated!  Thanks for looking Cheesy

I love nativity scenes and this one is just lovely.
They turned out great, all three figures, I like their clothing, and for some reason I really like the loopy yellow straw.
I think you can add a new figure every year, do shepherds, sheep, etc.
Wonderful!

Thanks for the nice comments!  Cheesy

I should've written out the pattern completely while I was doing it - *sigh* hindsight is always 20/20.  Like italianchildhood said, I thought it would be a great idea to add wisemen and some sheep for next Christmas, but I need my pattern to do it!  I'm away at college now, and won't be able to search my room at home till mid-March, but if I ever find those post-it notes with the patterns, I'll definitely add a tutorial!
