Hi all! I've always loved reconstructing clothes, but hadn't ever done shoes until I joined this site and got inspired!

I originally bought my shoes at a second hand shop for around $7 (and before that, I believe they came from Target). I needed a pair of brown heels, but never wore them because I ended up not liking the color of brown or the buckles.
After seeing people's shoe recons here and doing some additional exploration on the intarwebz, I decided to base them loosely on Corinne Friedman's Queen's Lace Shoe from this website:

Best episode of 'Cops' ever made:
officer- "ma'am why do you have scissors in your pocket?"
drunk lady- "for arts, such as.... crafts?"

Cute recon.  I think I prefer the originals, though; I like buckles, and I'm not a big fan of lace on shoes.  Hennyway, way to transform them to your liking!

Oh, it's just kittens.

I want to leave this world the way I came into it:  naked, screaming, and covered in someone else's blood.
