I'm so excited because we just found the perfect place for hardware.. and I'd been looking since we first got our dog!

The local tack / saddle shop!

Ours had an entire isle of nothing but hardware (buckles and D rings) in all shapes and sizes.. plus they carried a wide selection of nylon and leather straps that were perfect!
