I made this for Australia Day so it had a green and gold theme. Very nice!

I am inspired! It's been years since I upside-down caked (or should that be ¿umop apısdn ...or maybe since I'm in the Northern Hemisphere it's a right-side up cake? hmm.) and that looks delicious. Hmmmmm... pineapple rings, where are you... (rummaging in pantry)

That looks yummy. I currently have a glut of tinned pineapple and a day off uni work-think I might be making one later! The theme is a lovely touch.
