I love it. I haven't seen one made out of duct tape before. Can you tell us a little more about making it?

Personal swap hungry- send me a yummy PM.

although imperfect, love is real, and it is balled up next to you smiling and rubbing sleep from its eyes. -the raintree

It's adorable! I've never seen someone make one out of duct tape either.

Haha, I didn't even know there was green duct tape Roll Eyes All I've ever seen is the silver kind. Looks really cool! And great idea!

When it's 1 am and you can see dancing elephants in the texture of your carpet, it's probably time to go to bed...

I'm really bad at tutorials.  Hope this makes sense to you.

First a few words of caution for those who haven't used duct tape: It will take the varnish off wood surfaces & it will make your scissors gummy.

My work surface is an old fiskers cutting board. Don't use a new one.  The tape takes the printing off the surface of these too.

The easiest way to cut tape is with a craft knife. Scissors work well to cut tape that doesn't have adhesive showing.

Fold the adhesive edges over on themselves so no adhesive is showing. When you're done, it should be 2 1/2" wide.

Decorate using small pieces of duct tape.

What a shame!  Sad
You can't really see it in the picture because I'm not such a good photographer, but the owl Ipod cover is made out of the silver duct tape.  I wonder if these could be decorated with Permenent markers or bits of paper under clear packing tape?  I might have try that Cheesy
Check out my duct tape collection:

I'm on a 'craft with duct tape' kick right now.
