I love you.

Pattern: Herringbone Mittens - free pattern from Elliphantom
Needles: Size 4 and 6 DPNs
Yarn: Paton's Classic Wool Merino
Modifications: original pattern had pompoms, but I didn't think the recipient would be into them.

I cannot recommend this pattern highly enough- it is SO much fun to knit and I think it makes a really well-shaped mitten.

More on the blog.

wonderful job. I love the black and white herringbone pattern. I might have to make a pair for myself   Wink

Those are so cute! Even though they were made recently, they have a very vintage and old-timey (in a good way). Great work!
