I have been doing some misc. crafting for my boy-to-be over the last few months.  Here is everything I have done so far.

Diaper changers:
the brown fabric is reconned from an old pair of cords, everything else is leftover fabric I've had laying around, which is why they do not match so well:

My mei-tai:
made from a combo of these sites: http://www.bradley-etheridge.com/MaeMeiTai.htm & http://www.baypathleos.com/mt_instructions.shtml:

Same mei-tai, different panel:

Action shot with my 4 year old.  She loves riding in her backpack which was a huge part as to why I made a mei-tai.  I think she's too low here. I need to practice with it more:

sleep sack, came out a bit squareish:

breastfeeding cover (hooter hider):

binky holder:
a smaller version of this: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=22428.msg1533258#msg1533258

Not pictured is my carseat cozy, two bibs, and a pair of booties.  I still have a little over a week so I have a few more things I'd like to do if I have time.

We are in the process of switching over to cloth diapers.  Would love some advice, hint, tips.   Will swap for diapers!

Thanks for the compliments everyone!

I love my fabric too!  It only cost $2/yd so the whole thing was less than $5.  Much cheaper than $45 for the retail version!
I know some people think that a bright fabric just calls attention to the fact that you are nursing. For me, the whole reason for making one of these is to hide my stomach and boobs, not to pretend like I am not nursing my child.  I could care less if the whole world knows that I am nursing, just so long as they aren't look at my boob, or belly roll while I am doing it.
