Here's a snail I crocheted up a little while ago for my niece.  I saw some of the amiguri snails on the net but didn't like them so I just made up my own.  I didn't write down the pattern but it is pretty simple.  First I made a tube that gradually got larger, stuffed it then stitched it together into a swirl.  SC on the whole thing.  The body was pretty much the same thing except I didn't stuff it, just flattened it and I added a round ball on the end (stuffed) for the head. I stitched that to the shell.  Easy and cute.  Hope you like it!

I love the shape of the shell! I've seen similar ones in knitting, but I've never seen directions for a crocheted one.

You SHOULD've written the pattern, it's really nice! I'm not too crazy about the ami snails that I've come across either, but this one, I like! Cheesy

..and thank you so much for the explemention how you made it... I think I can make my own from it. I wouldnt be able to figurate it by myself, but now i dont have too. ^^ I post my snail her if its work out well,

..yes, it IS like that! U should see my Craftingroom. Chaos, just chaos and Im the only one who can master that room.
