fuse a different colour of plastic bag into one sheet
cut the letters out
fuse the different-coloured letters to your bag? I've seen people do it with shapes I think.

just a suggestion! let me know if you try it yeah?

I want to fuse some bags. I suck at sewing though. so not too sure what I'd do once i had a bunch of fused squares. lol.

I really like how you pieced this together & the seams. I like also the cut out handle. This bag is really cute. I hope if functions well, pls let us know after you road test it.

I LOVE THIS! So of course I tried it myself Smiley After some practice I got my bags to melt without putting holes through them but they won't lay flat (they melt into a kind of wavy sheet). Did you find that this happened? Any ideas for dealing with it? I need to go grocery shopping and get some more so I can finish Smiley

Ooh well done! Do you know, I always thought it was funny that they never made bag-for-life type bags out of old carrier bags, and there you go, you've done it! It's ace - I don't think I have the patience (or the equipment!) to do that though!
