I have a love/hate relationship with this bag. I usually try to make my own designs or alter patterns. And I tell ya, that's tough for someone like me, who's never even really been taught how to sew!

Anyway here it is....I have two minor tweaks to make, but after much heartache I think it turned out ok.  Cheesy

And don't even get me started on working w/ vinyl! I actually made this clutch a bit larger than my first try. The peltex and the vinyl combo is just too tough to work around the sewing arm of my machine. I'm just glad I didn't break a needle!

And sparkly vinyl is pretty fun, huh? I've got some other colors of it. Orange, I think....

Gosh, I love the fabric you used to line it.

And sparkley vinyl always rules.

I know this was forever ago, but I LOVE this clutch.
In wanting to make a wallet, you've definitely inspired me to add some sort of patterned fabric to it, but I must ask: did you finish the edge of the vinyl in any way? I can't figure out in my mind if I should hem it or leave it "raw" or add bias tape or something.
