i did these for my brother's soon-to-be wife's bridal shower. they looked great in person and everyone really oooh'd and aaah'd over them AND they were greedily snatched up like you wouldn't believe!!

I did 2 trays, i forgot how many it was - maybe 3 dozen? it was catered at a restaurant (private room) but we did a Dessert Table ourselves and it looked great.

you have it right, i dipped in white first then choc for the tux then i "painted" on the bowtie, sorry - no shortcut there.

the white bally doodads are just little pearly-colored sprinkle balls i picked up  in a specialty shop
