I found a patter in a bead fantasies book for this pretty ring a long time ago.  I've always liked it but never got around to buying the beads to make it.  Finally one day I remembered and made the ring.  It turned out really pretty but was too small by just a little.  So, I made another one with an extra motif added, and its too big. Come On! I mean really.....still, I like them and I think they need to be seen

here's a picture of me modeling the too tight one....uncomfortable but it fits

Still cute, but I will never wear it
sorry for the blurry pictures, a photographer I am not

Those rings are darling. How frustrating that they don't fit!

Have you considered either using larger sized beads with the same number of motifs as the too-small one to make it a wee bit bigger and/or using smaller sized beads with the additional motif to make the too-large one a wee bit smaller? It might just do the trick.

Good luck!

I am having a hard time finding the beads in anything smaller than a 3mm (I need 2mm) I tried it with seed beads but it didn't turn out like I liked. No worry though, they will probably fit someone!
