I really like this.  This is also one of the patterns on my list.  How do you like the yarn you picked?

I love it, actually.  Sooo soft and great next to the skin, the price was right, too (Webs and Jimmy Beans has it for $3.50-3.99/skein).

Thanks for the info.  I didn't know where I can get it locally.  I'll check out that website.

Hey,

I sent you a message earlier but just realized that I might have sent it to the wrong place, sorry if I am sending this twice.  Anyway I just learned how to knit this summer and have been making a million hats and scarfs and am about to start my first sweater--the simply marilyn.  I Found your images online and really thought they looked lovely.  I also like knitting in the round and would also need to adjust the pattern to make it smaller.  Do you think you could help me plan out the pattern adjustments?  I was also planning on forgoing the cable on the back!  Hope to hear back from you soon!

What a great sweater! I can't believe you made that in just four days. It looks so good on you. So it is short, but you can decide to add some rows any time. Congratulations, and welcome to the world of bulky knitting Smiley
