So, I'm SOOOO sorry that this took SO long! But second semester just started about 3 weeks ago and my teachers have been LOADING us with work!
But, as promised here is a tute for the fawn.
pattern: http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd305/netterzies/fawnpattern.jpg
Tips: this isn't a very complex pattern to put together, and only real recommendation I have is that when you are sewing the head centre to the two sides, start at the nose and work your way to the back!

And, I've also had a few requests for my standing doe:
pattern: http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd305/netterzies/doepattern.jpg
Tips: again, it's pretty simple, but, to get my doe to stand I had to put wire in the legs, I used pipecleaners. basically I made two "U" shapes out of pipecleaner and put one in each set of legs. If that makes any sense!

Please don't sell anything made from these patterns! Personal use only!
And, if you make either of them post them, I'd LOVE to see!

Very cute!  How'd you cute your tiny little felt circles so nicely?  Mine always look ... quite pointy for circles :x

Thank you so much for the patterns! ^.^ I made the doe today to give my grandmother for her birthday and I'm going to make the fawn for myself. (it seems most of my stuffies end up being gifts for others!)
