oh my goodness!  I am so ridiculously in love with this cover!!!!! It is insanely cute.  I really do think this is now probably my favorite thing you've made and you know what a big fan I am of your goodies!

I love this! I've had it bookmarked ever since I first saw it and just realized I never commented...how thoughtless of me! I am soon to have my own craft room (still pinching myself) and this is at the top of the list of things to make, now that my sewing machine won't have to live in the closet. I wanted to ask, did you have to use a lining or interfacing to help it hold its shape?

Thanks for the comments, everyone!  Pinkanddinky, I didn't use any sort of lining.  I fit it to the machine very closely, and I think that is what lets it keep its shape.  It was a very quick and easy project.

This is definitely moving onto my list of "to do" projects.  I have a hard case cover for my machine, but this is so much cuter.  Perhaps I will sew a cover for my cover!

Good to know. That certainly makes it faster and easier Smiley

That is so cute! I love the dressmaker's bodice applique!
My sewing machine (affectionately named Emme for no particular reason) needs a lovely cover too!  I may try my hand at making one out of vintage pillowcases.
