I made this cheesecake for my mom to take to work  Grin  It was inspired by the rainbow cheesecake technique.

pretty!  it looks like it took a lot of patince, which i have absoulutly none of, to get the flower just right.  i probably would've gone crazy to make it look just right.  mmm...this makes me hungry for my great grandma lola's famous cheesecake...

thanks for the comments!  my mom also said it was too pretty to cut into...but I think it's too yummy not to cut into it  Tongue

I spooned on the colored filling to make the flower, but next time I'm going to try using a piping bag - I think it might make it easier and keep the lines cleaner.

It really wasn't that hard to do, and it didn't take very long!
