I made this little guy for my sister's birthday.  We were huge TMNT fans as kids, and Michelangelo is her favorite.  I was so happy when I gave him to her and she said, "I love him!" and hugged him very tightly, and then took him out again at dinner to hug him again.  I used buttons for the eyes, because I didn't have any doll eyes on hand.  The yarn is Bernat Berella afghan yarn for the greens, plus scrap yarn (Red Heart Classic/Super Saver) for the yellow and orange.
