How do you cut out the shapes?  Laser?

I wish! Haha. I use a trusty little saw and cut everything by hand! It isn't so bad though.

I got so excited about colors that I started a blue one. It looks delightful

Yeah, I have been told I was insane. Trust me, there have been many uses of the "f" word and lots of plastic going into the junk pile. I don't always get it right. haha

A saw a tad bit larger than the ones you would use to cut sheets of copper or silver. It's an actual little handsaw and then I buff the edges. Ridiculously time consuming, but I like the way it looks at the end

I actually buy it from my sign maker friend who orders it from some company out of Canada. He designs signs for strip malls and such. He orders the thinnest possible for me. So, I guess, it's sign plastic.
