With the help of my mom I made a muff. Its faux fur on the outside and its lined with polor fleece. I added the pins and chain on the front to give it a more vintage look.

Oh wow, i made a muff sorta like that one this year too!
only i didn't have fleece so it was faux fur inside and out ((it was super warm and fuzzy)) i had uneven chains saftey pinned to mine for a "punk" look
heh great minds think alike ^_^
((i really like the pins/broahes you used))

I want to make one exactly like yours, 860, but if I can, steal iampoison's decorating idea =D But uhm, I don't really understand what a "muff" is. Is it like a rectangle basicially of fabric thats lined, and you put your hands in when it's cold?  Huh

yup it's pretty much a tube of fabric that you put your hands into to keep warm
((sort of like a hoodie pocket only girly-er))
and sure you can steal my chains and safteypin idea (sadly i left my muff somewhere in a friends car that is now in the shop.. i hope it is still there when she gets her car back)  Cry

I saw some really cute muffs at a craft fair that had zippers and doubled as a purse.

wow, i used to have a muff in my dress up clothes when i was little....hm, that purse idea is pretty cool, that way, it's not totally useless (as it doesn't really get cold much in texas, like Lorin said!) hm, that's pretty though! i might have to make one to match my new ear muffs!!!!!

I love muffs! They remind me of royalty, for some odd reason. Definately one of those classic winter looks

On a sidenote, JOJ and Scarling make me happy Smiley
