i suggest you guys use elmer's glue..it really works. i really like those earrings..awesome! i saw a necklace made of bottle caps...any idea how to make one? Grin

do you have any pics? there are several different ways... you could just hang one from a chain/thong, or link a bunch together and wear like a choker, or sew/glue some onto wide fabric/ribbon and wear choker stylee again...

I'd like to second the motion for E6000, it is a great glue and seems to stick to pretty much everything!  By the way, Debzy, I love your simple button earrings...I would definitely wear those!  (and thus, will have to make a pair!)

I am definitely going to go find some of the right kind of backs for those earrings!  And i guess I will have to find some glue too... but wait... do you think that hot glue would work?  Hmm...  I'll have to try that!  Wink

i just spent all last night making a bunch of pairs of button earrings with my roommate.  we made them by sewing the thread through the buttonholes so they look fancier.  we used superglue, though, i hope they don't break!  also, we found really neat cameo buttons, so we are sanding off the bump on the back to glue them onto posts.

I made a bunch of those (one pair with these awesome disco silver buttons!) only I just glued them onto plain earring stud things.

I love how yours look more clustered and full, did u just attach the buttons w/ jump rings and then more jump rings + buttons on the other jump rings?? Tongue Does that make sense? heh

There's a thread somewhere in reconstructed jewelry for how to make one of those, I'm not sure exactly which one though lol :-)
