i just watched an episode of Anthony Bourdain's- No Reservations (swooon, how i love thee) and he was in Indonesia.... and he ate Serabi.... little pancakes with a coconut and brown sugar syrup.... and... I MUST HAVE THESE... i can find alot of the ingrediants but will probably have to modify the recipies i have found..

does anyone have any experience with this wonderful sounding food??
