I bought this wallet for my friend but I thought it was interesting and decided to make one for myself...
I always check things here in craftster, but i never had the trouble to post anything.. so I thought it was time... as this is my first time doing such a thing and English is not my native language I hope that you ll be able to understand this tutorial. (I was just wondering if Im not breaking any copyrights...)

First of all you ll need:
2 - paper card 7 x 10.5 cm
4 - rubber band (not sure how it is called) 11 cm

for the fabric you'll need the follow dimensions plus 1.5 cm
2 rectangle 7 x 2.5 cm
2 rectangle 7 x 7.5 cm
2 rectangle 7 x 10.75 cm

for inlining you ll need:
2 rectangle 7 x 2.5 cm
2 rectangle 7 x 7.5 cm
2 rectangle 7 x 10.75 cm
4 rectangle 7 x 16.5 cm fold 9cm up and 7.5 cm down

I hope that looking at the photos you will be able to make your own...
I sewed the rubber bands to the paper card as you can see in the photo, I left a space of 2cm from the top and 1 cm from the side, and the same for the bottom part 2 cm and 1 cm.
I used hot glue to put the parts together but I think you can sew if you want to... I wasnt sure if my machine would go through the paper though...

Now that I was trying to do this tutorial I realised that I should ve taken more photos of the steps cause it is not clear and I dont really know how to explain it Undecided. If I make another wallet I ll take more photos! Grin Cause I really suck with words!!! Cry
But if you have any questions I ll be happy to answer it!

when i was little i used to be amazed with these things
and my mom would buy me one for every holiday
and last year i took them apart with my handy dandy seam ripper
and taught myself how to make them.

these things will never get old to me.
Smiley thank you for sharing.

I looooove these things. Ive always wanted one but didnt want to pay the price for soemthing so *sorta* easy. I finally got one for xmas and its perfect...minus a place for change but thats what pockets and the bottom of your purse is for.

The only prob i have with mine is i have too many cards n it gets thick and tight. I might have to try my hand at your tute and modify it a bit to be able to carry more cards. and hey...maybe even a tiny pouch with like a velcro close to carry a bit of change!
