Are you sure you weren't following a pattern for an aerobics outfit?  Wink

You could always lop off the top half and re-sew the waist, or leave it as is and throw on a sweater that would let some of those cute stripes show on top - and be extra warm!

Well if you ever get pregnant you will have the perfect pair of pants.

Thanks for sharing, only other craftsters can appreciate when things just don't come out as planned.

I have a pair of tye-dye ones like that, and I wear them with my farmer jeans....

Don't say you don't have enough time. You have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Michaelangelo, Mother Teresa, Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.

Well, it's true this is peculiar, but it's wearable! Wink

haha, i love it! Thank you for sharing that with us.
It's actually not a bad idea... All my jeans do that, too...and my favorite pair EVER did that to me a couple weeks ago and I can't bare to throw them away..I should probably try and make some leggings!

Thanks for all the feedback/comments. I love these leggings and, as gross as this may sound, I have to MAKE myself take them off to wash them a few times a week. They are so comfy. I have since had to cut off some of the top length so that I could fold them down under my pants- but they are still long enough I can leave them up for one of my "fat" days. LOL. Much better than spending money on one of those "body shaper" things.  Smiley

One upside is that when you wear them, you are a walking optical illusion!
