 Smiley
Lovely Jeanette made two lovely coats from a  vintage pattern http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=210116.0

Now I am lucky enough to have a tracing of said vintge pattern Grin and I made one coat for my ds,and one as a birthday gift for a friends DD
His is woollen check ,lined with vintage looking cotton, with sweet square buttons from the same era as the jacket I think!
Hers is a Cath Kidston canvas ,lined with linen in the body and polka dotted yellow cotton ,just for the hood
