So, my mum's christmas present was a bit late, but she still loves it.  I took the alce pattern from the diamond scarf in Twinkle's Big City Knits and put in two repeats, with 1x1 ribbing on the edges.  I made it in some superwash Mission Falls 1824 wool in a nice eggplant-y plum-ish colour.  She loves it!

And tasselly goodness!

Comments would be greatly appreciated!  Cheesy

Very pretty!  I love dark, subtle purples...a little color without being super showp.  The tassels are perfect--I should add some to my scarves.

Oh, it's just kittens.

I want to leave this world the way I came into it:  naked, screaming, and covered in someone else's blood.

The scarf looks great!  I actually made this scarf last night with the Twinkle chunky, but DH gave it to my friend before I could get pictures.
