I was totally inspired by this monster purse http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=190912.0 and had to make my own version.  I made it as a messenger bag for my oldest DD using a Red Heart blue variegated yarn and Yarn Bee Labyrinth.  I ran out of the fuzzy stuff at the end, so made the strap with 2 strands of the RH.  It worked out OK.

Close-up

I made a pocket to look like a tongue that is on the outside, under the flap.

Strap is adjustable on one side - 3 holes and a big button on the inside of the bag.

Fully lined - small pocket on one side

large double pocket on the other side

Action shot of the recipient.  She broke her tibia last month, hence the cast and crutch (She had to balance with one so I could get pics of the bag - lol)

The monster is big enough to hold a standard 3-ring binder and then some, so she can use it as a school bag.

I wish that you were my mom because my real one would never make me something as cool as this! It's awesome and I love it.

I too am totally upset that they are taking the servers down to fix things. Why can't they just let things stay broken? I don't care if I can't move due to lag or if quests are bugged. If I leave my room my mom may make me get a job.

What an excellent bag!
When I saw the title I thought it meant it was a really big bag, but no, it's a bag that looks like a monster...  Smiley
