I crocheted this scarf then added the fringe.  I love the bright, fun colors!

It's Red Heart...I know it's not the "best" yarn but I love bright colors and it just appealed to me and...voila!  Smiley

It was super easy...I double crocheted inton the back loop of every chain causing it to ripple.
