My mom always sends me cans of cocoa. Problem is that I never drink it. Is there anything crafty I can use it for? Perhaps putting it inside something to make it chocolatey smelling?

melt and pour soap.....
i use coffee grounds and hot cocoa to make mocha soap!!!
you could search recipe sites like allrecipes.com to come up with some other foodie way to use it.
or you could hit thrift stores for mason jars to redecorate, repackage, and re-gift some of that chocolate!

can you put cocoa in homemade paper? I know that there are a lot of things that can go into homemade paper but I have never made it so I don't know about cocoa  Huh

I'm more of a coffee drinker than a cocoa drinker, but I have been known to slip a spoonful of cocoa mix into my cuppa joe to make an easy mocha... Smiley

Do a Google or Food Network search for cookies that require you to use hot cocoa powder, or maybe add a tablespoon or two to sugar cookie batter and see what happens?

some recipies for stage blood use cocoa powder.
in girl scouts we did a forensic investigation with directional blood drops/splatters and it worked great.
if you're into halloween (like me Grin) you could use it for a costume
the cocoa flavors it nicely so you can have lines comming from your mouth (ex: vampire/zombie) and it wont taste horrible
