"Hope and a Lifeboat"
ink, watercolor, coffee, and cut paper

Coffee you say? Yes, its true. I used it to stain the outside of the boat.

I did this for a recent show I was in. The theme was "hidden things." It's probably the most optimistic thing I've ever made...

Thank you for all of the lovely compliments! I actually made a stand similar to what picture frames have in order to prop it up. It works really well.
