I love this sweater that I saw online...

The description says it's 4 pieces with a twist in the middle, which sounds easy enough to me.  But my question is, if the middle is twisted, then won't one side of the twist show the right side of the work and the other side show the wrong side?  I'm assuming it's stockinette, although I can't tell from the picture.  Thanks!

Sounds like it. (Looks that way too) Maybe it's garter stitch (or some other reversible stitch)  or the 2 different textures of stockinette vs reverse stockinette is part of the design.

hmmm Maybe it is in the design...it looks like it's rolling at the edges like stockinette.  I just didn't know if I was missing something in the construction...

Would it look ok if I changed from stockinette to reverse stockinette at the halfway point?  Or would that be obvious?
