Begedil is basically mashed potato shaped into patties, coated with egg and fried. It's one of my all-time favourite comfort food. I was looking for a recipe on the internet and didn't find one I really liked so I made it up as I went. It turned out very yummy!

i love these! although ours are a tad different Smiley they're potatoey in the middle and fried on the outside still though so it still counts Smiley
